We are working to provide you with the best product and service possible. However, if you have received a damaged product, you may return it to us for a full refund. Further information on our return policy is mentioned below.
The return must be informed by the customer within twenty-four hours of the delivery date. The item that is to be returned should be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels with the bill of product.
Process to return
To return the product, place it securely in its original packaging. Upload the video of unpacking the product within 6 hours of delivery along with proof of purchase and mail it to the following address.
The returned product should be sent to the delivery transporter nearest department to the delivery address.
Return and refunds are only entertained in India. There is no return or refund of products shipped to any other country than the one mentioned above.
Return shipping charges will be paid by the transporter itself.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the returned product, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your product to process the return. Refunds might take 4-5 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card company.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- The return and refund will only be done by the transporter only if the product is damaged. The customer should contact the report transporter about the damaged product received within six (6) hours of delivery. They should provide the unpacking video of the defective product along with the proof of purchase. Birla Aircon will not be responsible for any damage done to the product during the transportation.
